# Aera Browser

Aera is a browser that executes. Describe one recurring job in plain language, and Aera runs it on a schedule in your own signed-in browser: reading pages, pulling numbers, filling ordinary form fields, and reporting what changed. It connects to other tools through MCP.

## What Aera is dependable at, and what it is not
- Dependable: reading pages, watching for changes, pulling numbers out of dashboards, triaging an inbox, filling ordinary form fields, and repeating any of that on a schedule.
- Not dependable: rich text editors and code editors. In our own testing the agent damaged content inside them, so Aera is not a tool for drafting documents or editing code in the browser.
- A single scoped routine finishes far more often than a long chain across many unfamiliar sites. Start with one routine.
- No autonomous checkout. Aera does not buy things for you, on purpose.
- Browsing data stays on your machine. Model inference does not, unless you run a local model.
