Hi Maya, you don’t need another account. Open Settings → Members, check Leo’s email address, and choose Resend invitation. Ask him to check his spam folder too.
Meet Aera, your customer support manager.
Product questions, setup help, and the conversations that need another reply. Your AI manager looks after your customers and keeps you informed, without you watching the inbox all day.
Hey Aera, look after our customer support. Help people get set up and follow through until their questions are resolved.
That worked. Leo’s in now, thank you!
Maya’s setup question is resolved.
I sent the right invitation steps. Maya confirmed her teammate is in. The conversation is closed.
You hand over support. Aera handles the questions.
Your Manager uses your product guidance and support instructions, coordinates the team, and replies through your support tools. Here’s how one setup question gets resolved.
I’ll have the team check the help guide, send Maya clear instructions, and follow the conversation through to resolution.
Check the current invitation guide.
Send the steps Maya needs.
Confirm the problem is resolved.
My teammate hasn’t received an invite
I invited Leo, but he can’t find the email. Do I need to create his account again?
Invite a teammate
Settings → Members → Pending invitations. Check the address and choose Resend invitation.
That worked. Leo’s in now, thank you!
Closed after Maya confirmed access.
The next question gets an answer, too.
Support doesn’t end with the first reply. Aera keeps looking after new questions and unfinished conversations, using the right product guidance for each one.
One more thing. Can I turn off the email updates without leaving the project?
Yes. Open Settings → Notifications and turn off email updates. You’ll stay in the project and can still see updates in Rill.
Your customers have their answers.
Maya’s invitation issue is resolved, and I’ve answered her notification question. I’ll keep checking the inbox and follow up on conversations that need it.
More than a single support question.
Your Manager can take responsibility for the work around your inbox, too. Tell Aera what your customers need and how you want them looked after.
Answer product questions
Aera checks your product information and help material, then sends an answer that addresses what the customer actually asked.
Follow up on open conversations
When a customer is still waiting or has more information to share, Aera follows up and keeps the conversation moving toward a resolution.
Know what customers need
Aera brings together recurring questions and unresolved issues in a support report, with the original conversations there when you need them.
