Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the app. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
What does the free plan actually include?
The Free plan includes browsing and interactive chat with a model endpoint you configure in Settings > Models. Workspaces, scheduled tasks, and advanced tools require paid access through a subscription or account credit.
Do I need an account?
Yes, on every plan. The download needs no account, but the agent will not run until you sign in, including on the free plan.
What is different about a local model in practice?
Local chat uses text-based browser tools. Performance depends on the model and hardware you choose. Paid access adds workspaces, scheduling, and advanced tools, including vision with supported models.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
